บทความนี้พูดถึง NLP และการยกตัวอย่างการใช้งานต่างๆ เช่น o ระบบถามตอบ (Question-Answering system) o การสกัดสารสนเทศ (Information Extraction) o การวิเคราะห์อารมณ์ความรู้สึก (Sentiment Analysis) o การแปลภาษา (Machine Translation) นอกจากนี้ ยังมีการอธิบายถึงความยากของการทำความเข้าใจภาษาธรรมชาติ หรือ Natural Language Understanding (NLU) สำหรับภาษาอังกฤษอีกด้วย
